Photography has been a huge passion of mine for many years. It wasn’t until recent that my son Aidan encouraged me to pursue the art. I can usually be found on the weekends taking pictures of our family or doing a photo shoot for a friend. Now my hobby is turning into a reality with Amar Image Photography.
Before I get into who I am, let me share with you the concept name behind Amar Image and where it comes from. Once again inspired by my son, I wanted a name that stood out and was different. After hours and hours of seeking the right name, I wrote down our initials and found it. The first two letters are my son’s initials and the second set is mine. Just some fun tidbits!
My photography style is all about having fun and being different, while using traditional techniques to extravagant ideas. My photo shoots are creative – I can be found lying on the ground, up in a tree or adding a unique filter to make my pictures stand out. I’m about making my clients feel good about them when they see the finished images.
Some of my past work has been with the Boys and Girls of America where I was hired to take photographs of a charity event – capturing pictures of the members and volunteers. I have also photographed numerous weddings, birthday parties, on movie sets and fun family photo sessions. When planning a photo session, I can recommend venues with eye catching architecture backgrounds to traditional and professional studio shots – Everything will depend on the vision you are inspiring towards.
